Lori and Jared did a good job from the start assessing our wants and guiding us to houses that fit. When we met Jared we had already been working with two other brokers for about 8 months and had come up empty. So he made it happen when others didn’t, and I think it directly correlates with the effort he put in.I also want to thank Lori for all the time she put into this, we would not have found this house without her... literally. We were getting the daily MLS emails with houses that fit our criteria, but for some reason our house wasn’t listed in the MLS email. Lori was simultaneously sending us a curated list of houses that got closer and closer to a perfect fit as we provided feedback along the way. And then once we did have an accepted offer, Lori was very helpful with organizing contractor visits, providing lists of move-in to-do’s, and then finally she gave us a tour of our town that took us from ‘happy’ about the move to genuinely excited.

I would highly recommend Jared and Lori and their team. They helped us buy a new home in Wellesley and were very knowledgeable of the local market. I could always reach Jared and he was available any time of day to talk through a potential offer or set up a showing. We had two recent transactions with Jared Wilk, sale of our current home and purchase of a new home. From start to finish, we were shepherded through the rather grueling process by experts who really knew the local market, and took the time to get things right. There are several dozen issues that arise when buying and selling a house, some easy to solve and some not. We always felt confident that we were getting good advice from the team, and the fact that they worked as a team made all the difference. There were team members available to help be at the house(s) when we couldn’t, and keep us on schedule with the many tasks required. When looking for our new house, Jared took a lot of time to understand our needs and wants and only showed us listings that made sense. With his help, we found our dream home, and also ended up selling our previous home. We couldn’t be happier with the outcomes.

Jared is simply the best. I could end this review with only those fiw words, and it would encapsulate everything I feel. But in the interest of educating the reader, I’ll support that statement. First off, buying a home is incredibly stressful, for even the seasoned buyer. Throw in a first-timer, and it’s borderline unbearable. So you need to start with a realtor who is first and foremost a pleasure to work with. Jared is amazing in this regard. He keeps the atmosphere light, is ALWAYS looking out for his clients best interests, and is incredibly supportive through the decision making process. We needed that as my fiance and I had entirely different views of some fundamental house requirements, and Jared would be fair to both our wants, and played facilitator as we talked through our thoughts. I can say with certainty that we are in the perfect house because he truly understood and could articulate what would make us, as a couple, most happy. But aside from incredible interpersonal skills, he knows his craft. From the heating/cooling systems to the house integrity, to potential for improvement, he saw things in a home that never even were in my line of vision. And he was very forthcoming about sharing ideas so that we didn’t get caught up in only what was in front of our eyes. But the real kicker is his dedication. He was supportive when we backed out at an inspection. He was walking us through the offer process when he literally had had his first child only hours prior. (Please note: he was with his wife at every moment...only when they slept did he pop out). And he was just as excited as we were when we finally knew we found the right home. Please work with Jared. Not for his benefit...but for yours.

10/10!! We cannot thank Jared enough for helping up to get our first house in the neighborhood of our dreams. He is an incredible real estate agent with such mannerism, professionalism and knowledge, which is a rare find these days. He and his lovely assistant Lori were always available for us and went out of their ways to protect us for our home wants/desires. The amount of effort Jared put was beyond words could describe. He also gave us great recommendations throughout the process since our home was a brand new construction. We highly recommend Jared to anyone who is looking for a home in the Greater Boston area.

Not having sold a property before I was very wary of Real Estate brokers. Have heard nasty things from others who were also selling homes and were very nervous before starting the process. I needn't have worried. I hit a home run with Jared. He is the BEST and I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone asking me if I knew a good broker. He went over and above what I expected in every category above. He was always there for me to answer questions, and if I left a message I would always receive a prompt answer back. He was hands-on constantly while the renovation was going on to my house, and was able to save me money on a glitch with the contractor. He also advised me re upgrades recommended by the contractor, on what I could expect a good return when I finally sold the house, and what wasn't worth the expenditure.. something of which I myself had no knowledge. To sum up, I just can't say enough good things about Jared. In this day and age it's sometimes difficult to find people, in any walk of life, who are honest and have integrity. Jared is one of those rare individuals.
