Lori and Jared did a good job from the start assessing our wants and guiding us to houses that fit. When we met Jared we had already been working with two other brokers for about 8 months and had come up empty. So he made it happen when others didn’t, and I think it directly correlates with the effort he put in.I also want to thank Lori for all the time she put into this, we would not have found this house without her... literally. We were getting the daily MLS emails with houses that fit our criteria, but for some reason our house wasn’t listed in the MLS email. Lori was simultaneously sending us a curated list of houses that got closer and closer to a perfect fit as we provided feedback along the way. And then once we did have an accepted offer, Lori was very helpful with organizing contractor visits, providing lists of move-in to-do’s, and then finally she gave us a tour of our town that took us from ‘happy’ about the move to genuinely excited.

We had two recent transactions with Jared Wilk, sale of our current home and purchase of a new home. From start to finish, we were shepherded through the rather grueling process by experts who really knew the local market, and took the time to get things right. There are several dozen issues that arise when buying and selling a house, some easy to solve and some not. We always felt confident that we were getting good advice from the team, and the fact that they worked as a team made all the difference. There were team members available to help be at the house(s) when we couldn’t, and keep us on schedule with the many tasks required. When looking for our new house, Jared took a lot of time to understand our needs and wants and only showed us listings that made sense. With his help, we found our dream home, and also ended up selling our previous home. We couldn’t be happier with the outcomes.

Christine Shechtman did an exceptional job in helping us find an investment property. She was professional, smart and extremely responsive. She had a vast network of competent people to help us along the way from inspection to closing. Her negotiation skills were spot on. I can honestly say that our experience with Christine was the most professional and responsive we have had with any realtor. I would highly recommend her!

He is an incredible real estate agent with such mannerism, professionalism and knowledge, which is a rare find these days. He and his lovely assistant Lori were always available for us and went out of their ways to protect us for our home wants/desires. The amount of effort Jared put was beyond words could describe. He also gave us great recommendations throughout the process since our home was a brand new construction. We highly recommend Jared to anyone who is looking for a home in the Greater Boston area.

Does it really matter who your agent is? Before working with Joanne Baron, I would have said probably not. I'm now convinced that it matters more than you possibly could imagine. I needed to move my family (with two small kids and a dog) for a work relocation from Rochester, NY to the Boston area -- amid a pandemic and a tremendous boom in Metrowest suburban real estate. I was hearing from friends that houses were selling for tens of thousands above the listing price and often without contingencies. Joanne had the near-impossible task of finding a home for two very discerning adults (my husband is picky almost to an extreme) and doing it remotely. She listened actively to what we were looking for, scouted properties whenever we asked about one (and when we did not) and sent us videos of the neighborhoods. She arranged a series of FaceTime tours and after the second or third, my husband (who is NOT easy to please) remarked to me, "she's really showing us exactly what we described." When she became convinced she had found "the" house (which was responsive to all of our needs including that of my 4-year-old for a cul de sac where he could ride his bike), she contacted the listing agent incessantly until she was granted a showing before the house listed. She counseled us through putting in an offer that was immediately accepted, with the listing taken down. We were incredulous. I'll be very clear -- we would not have gotten this house but for Joanne's tenacity, determination, and commitment. With another agent, we would probably still be looking, slightly dispirited and downtrodden, months later. Joanne was our advocate in every sense. She is responsive and helpful, always providing timely information and helping us to navigate the obscure issues of the buying process. Everything -- EVERYTHING went smoothly, all thanks to her hard work. We are SO grateful we had the opportunity to work with her. Do yourself a favor and do the same -- you will be glad you did!

I would like to compliment Craig on his tireless effort in handling our recent Real Estate transactions. We had to sell our Condo in Waltham, Ma and then quickly purchase another Condo in Chestnut Hill, Ma. The selling process was handled very smoothly, with Pictures and Video of the apartment beautifully done. The purchase of the new Condo was also quickly done and a fair price was negotiated. Craig helped throughout the whole process and also found us a good deal on a Mortgage. I would not hesitate to recommend him highly to anyone looking to buy or sell a property in this area.

We were relocating across the country with two young kids, and buying our first house remotely in the middle of the pandemic at the same time. Natalie's patience, attention to detail, and responsiveness were key to helping us navigate the buying process and make sure that we didn't miss an opportunity in this crazy market. Not only did she find a house that was the right fit for us; she did an excellent job making sure that we understood the buying process, important deadlines and making sure that there were no unexpected issues with the closing.
