  • Cutler Park Reservation - is a state-owned nature preserve with almost 740 acres on abutting the Charles River. Not only will you find people walking with their pets, but you will find nature lovers bird watching, mountain bikers, hikers, fishing and boating enthusiasts and more. Beside many trails, there is a pond were the dogs can frolic and play. Parking is free at the entrance at 84 Kendrick Street.

  • Perry Park - Located on Beaufort Avenue near Great Plain Avenue, is a town park with playground, basketball court and area for walking dogs. • Ridge Hill Reservation - A 352-acre natural area comprising wetlands, forest & meadows & offering trails & wildlife viewing, this is what many call a hidden gem in the area. Trails are mostly level and some are boardwalks meandering through wet lands, marshlands and peaceful natural settings. Enter off Charles River Street to enjoy this special place.
