Not having sold a property before I was very wary of Real Estate brokers. Have heard nasty things from others who were also selling homes and were very nervous before starting the process. I needn’t have worried. I hit a home run with Jared. He is the BEST and I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone asking me if I knew a good broker. He went over and above what I expected in every category above. He was always there for me to answer questions, and if I left a message I would always receive a prompt answer back. He was hands-on constantly while the renovation was going on to my house, and was able to save me money on a glitch with the contractor. He also advised me re upgrades recommended by the contractor, on what I could expect a good return when I finally sold the house, and what wasn’t worth the expenditure.. something of which I myself had no knowledge. To sum up, I just can’t say enough good things about Jared. In this day and age it’s sometimes difficult to find people, in any walk of life, who are honest and have integrity. Jared is one of those rare individuals.
